Enafl™ is a digital Islamic audio and streaming platform and a brand under Luxellis ("Enafl," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Enafl Broadcaster Platform, related mobile applications, connected devices, websites, streaming infrastructure, and associated services.
By accessing or using Enafl Broadcaster services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Enafl Broadcaster services enable mosques, Islamic organizations, and authorized operators to transmit live Islamic audio broadcasts, including Adhan broadcasts, Islamic bayan and lectures, mosque announcements, emergency Islamic communications, and related authorized Islamic audio services.
Users agree to use Enafl services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies, and community standards.
Enafl Broadcaster services are intended strictly for mosques, Islamic organizations, administrators, and authorized operators.
By using Enafl services, users confirm that they have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable laws.
Certain features of Enafl may require account registration, authentication, or operational verification.
Broadcasters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities occurring under their accounts.
Enafl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity, security, users, or operational systems.
Enafl provides internet-based live Islamic audio broadcasting and streaming services.
Broadcasters may transmit live Adhan broadcasts, Islamic bayan and lectures, mosque announcements, emergency Islamic announcements, and related authorized Islamic audio content through the platform.
Enafl acts as an intermediary platform that enables authorized broadcasters to transmit audio content through internet-based streaming services.
Users and broadcasters agree to use Enafl services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and community standards.
Users may not use Enafl services to:
Enafl Broadcaster services are intended primarily for live Adhan broadcasts, Islamic bayan and lectures, mosque-related communications, emergency Islamic announcements, and other authorized Islamic audio content.
Enafl reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, remove, or investigate content or accounts that may violate applicable laws, platform policies, safety requirements, or operational guidelines.
Broadcasters acknowledge and agree that streamed audio may be temporarily processed, buffered, monitored, analyzed, moderated, reviewed, or recorded by Enafl where reasonably necessary for operational purposes, security, moderation, compliance, dispute resolution, diagnostics, or platform integrity.
Enafl™, platform branding, logos, software, interfaces, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Enafl services or related materials without prior written authorization.
Broadcasters retain ownership of their audio content, and Enafl does not claim ownership of broadcaster-generated audio transmissions.
Enafl may utilize third-party infrastructure, analytics, hosting, streaming, notification, monitoring, and security services.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and policies.
Enafl services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of services, streams, or platform functionality.
Streaming quality and availability may vary depending on internet connectivity, infrastructure, geographic location, devices, and operational conditions.
Use of Enafl services is also governed by the Enafl Broadcaster Privacy Policy.
By using Enafl services, users acknowledge that certain technical, operational, streaming, and account-related information may be processed in accordance with applicable privacy practices and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enafl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform, interruptions of service, technical failures, streaming disruptions, third-party actions, unauthorized access, broadcaster conduct, or operational outages.
Enafl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity, prevent misuse or abuse, address legal or security concerns, enforce platform policies, or protect users, broadcasters, organizations, or infrastructure.
Enafl may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulatory authorities, government agencies, or law enforcement authorities where required under applicable laws and regulations.
Enafl may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions may be posted within the platform, applications, websites, or related services.
Continued use of Enafl services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to Enafl services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
