Enafl™ is a digital Islamic audio and streaming platform and a brand under Luxellis ("Enafl," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Enafl Listener Platform, related mobile applications, connected devices, websites, streaming infrastructure, and associated services.
By accessing or using Enafl services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Enafl provides live Islamic audio experiences, including Adhan broadcasts, mosque streams, Islamic listening experiences, and related connected audio services.
Users agree to use Enafl services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies, and community standards.
Enafl services are intended for general audiences.
By using Enafl services, users confirm that they have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable laws.
Certain features of Enafl may require account registration or authentication.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities occurring under their accounts.
Enafl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity, security, users, or operational systems.
Enafl provides internet-based live Islamic audio streaming services.
Audio streams available on the platform may include live Adhan broadcasts, Islamic bayan and lectures, mosque announcements, emergency Islamic announcements, and other authorized Islamic audio content transmitted by broadcasters using the platform.
Enafl acts as an intermediary platform that enables authorized broadcasters to transmit audio content through internet-based streaming services.
Users and broadcasters agree to use Enafl services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and community standards.
Users may not use Enafl services to:
Enafl reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, remove, or investigate content or accounts that may violate applicable laws, platform policies, safety requirements, or operational guidelines.
Enafl™, platform branding, logos, software, interfaces, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Enafl services or related materials without prior written authorization.
Enafl may utilize third-party infrastructure, analytics, hosting, streaming, advertising, notification, and monitoring services.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and policies.
Enafl services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of services, streams, or platform functionality.
Streaming quality and availability may vary depending on internet connectivity, infrastructure, devices, and operational conditions.
Use of Enafl services is also governed by the Enafl Listener Privacy Policy.
By using Enafl services, users acknowledge that certain technical, operational, and account-related information may be processed in accordance with applicable privacy practices and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enafl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform, interruptions of service, technical failures, streaming disruptions, third-party actions, unauthorized access, or operational outages.
Enafl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity, prevent misuse or abuse, address legal or security concerns, enforce platform policies, or protect users, broadcasters, or infrastructure.
Enafl may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulatory authorities, government agencies, or law enforcement authorities where required under applicable laws and regulations.
Enafl may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions may be posted within the platform, applications, websites, or related services.
Continued use of Enafl services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to Enafl services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
